Barbara G. “Bobbi" Dillon, 73, of Lake Placid went to be with her Lord on Monday evening February 4, 2013 at Tampa General Hospital. She was born on March 1, 1939 in Merchantville, NJ to parents Kathryn (Rothgerber) and Edward Kelly. A homemaker Mrs. Dillon moved to Lake Placid on 8/24/90 from Hollywood, FL and was a member of the Ladies of The Elks Lodge 2661, Ladies of the American Legion Lake Placid Post 25 and the St. James Catholic Church in Lake Placid. She enjoyed reading, jigsaw puzzles, and loved spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Dillon is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Thomas; daughters, Kelli Moldenhauer (Brian) and Kathy Stoltz (Carl), son, Thomas Dillon; and 3 grandchildren and a sister, Nancy Grabfelder. A service to celebrate Bobbi’s life along with a Ladies of The Elks service will begin at 2:00 PM this Friday February 8th 2013 at the Scott Funeral Home 504 W. Interlake Blvd., Lake Placid, FL with Ft. Michael Cannon officiating. The family suggest donations in Bobbi’s memory to the Harry-Anna Crippled Children’s Hospital in care of the Lake Placid Elks Lodge 2661, 200 CR 621 East Lake Placid, FL 33852.
